Before you lodge your complaint

Where does my feedback go once it is submitted?

Your feedback goes directly to Emverio Workplace Mediations and is reviewed by an independent Emverio representative who is not on the mediation team.  The representative may contact you to obtain further details.  

What will happen after I lodge the form?

The independent Emverio Workplace representative will review the feedback to determine what further action is required.  It may mean that it is referred to the Principal or the Lead Mediator to investigate the matter, and / or to provide the feedback to the mediator and look at whether other interventions are required.  If you have provided us with your details, then we are able to give you a summary of the actions taken.  We may publish any comments in our social media.  When this occurs we only use generic information non-identifiable information, such as the industry and / or the first name.  

What else can I do?

You can raise your feedback with your employer and we can work with the employer to put in any actions to redress the matter.  You may also raise your concern with the Mediators RMAB (Registered Mediation Accreditation Body).  To find out about the mediators RMAB please contact us and we will be able to provide you with those details.

Is this form safe?
