Most two-person workplace mediations are $3,200 + GST. That covers the whole process - preparation, one-on-one intake sessions, the joint session and written agreements - which usually takes around 8 hours. Allow roughly 1 hour for each extra participant. Where a matter needs more or less time, the hourly rate is $400 + GST. Not-for-profits can request a reduced rate of $2,800 + GST per mediation, or $380 + GST per hour beyond 8 hours.
