Emverio External Reporting Service
Service Agreement
1. Services
Emverio Workplace Complaints Pty Ltd (“Emverio”) will provide an independent external reporting service for workplace complaints / reports and whistleblower disclosures, including receipt of reports via online form, email, and telephone, and controlled referral of reports to nominated organizational contacts. Services are limited to receipt, recording, and transfer of reports. Investigation, assessment, mediation, or advisory services are not included and require a separate engagement.
2. Fees
The organisation agrees to pay the applicable subscription, setup, and report-based fees in accordance with Emverio’s current Pricing Schedule, as amended from time to time.
No additional report charges will be incurred without prior notice.
3. Confidentiality and Notice
Emverio will treat all reports and related information as confidential and handle information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), applicable whistleblower laws, and Emverio’s security controls.
Information will only be shared with nominated organisational contacts in accordance with consent, law, and agreed reporting protocols.
4. Role of Emverio
The organisation acknowledges that Emverio acts as an independent external recipient and does not determine outcomes, take disciplinary action, or guarantee any particular result.
5. Compliance and Use
The organisation agrees to maintain appropriate internal policies and procedures, use the service for lawful workplace reporting purposes, and ensure nominated contacts are authorised recipients.
6. Term and Termination
The service commences on acceptance of this agreement and continues in accordance with the selected subscription period. Either party may terminate in accordance with the full-Service Agreement.
7. Use of Name and Logo
The organisation grants Emverio a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable licence to use the organisation’s name and logo solely for acknowledging the organisation as a client of Emverio and for general marketing, promotional, and informational purposes. Emverio will not make performance claims or endorsements on behalf of the organisation. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by written notice, after which Emverio will cease further use within a reasonable period.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
9. Binding Agreement
By accepting this agreement electronically, the organisation confirms that it is authorised to do so and agrees to be bound by this click-wrap agreement and the Emverio External Reporting / Whistleblower Service Agreement, which is incorporated by reference.
